The location was perfect. The staff were friendly and very cute.
The room had a terrible smell. I informed reception of it and went about my day. Upon returning to the room, I found an ozone generator plugged in. About 5 minutes later I started coughing and had throat and lung irritation.

The hotel's location was convenient. My room included a charming balcony. I enjoyed its quiet atmosphere. The bed was comfortable I slept soundly each night. The staff offered helpful service throughout my visit.

The staff were nice and helpful . The room size was adequate and the location was perfect, right in the city center. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. I also appreciated the cleanliness. My room was cleaned daily, a PLUS.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms.

The reception staff demonstrated great organisation skills they provided clear and effective communication throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with directions and recommendations for local attractions. The staff were very good too ensure i had everything i needed.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I found the bed comfortable. Plus, a charming coffee shop located right below added such convenience to my morning routine. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!
The rooms could use a little better sound isolation. I could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

The location was acceptable. It was in the city center.
The air conditioning did not work for the first two days. The outside temperature was 40 degrees. I needed to ask an employee from another floor to fix the air conditioning unit (I was really demanding). the building is old, so I could hear noisy neighbors.
